Close season so its time for a transfer thread......

Meanwhile over on folly folly they have a thread running on our latest acquisitions, how much they cost and how much we earned from our sales. Funnily enough they don't pose the question of why they can't afford to freshen up their team.
Bang on shammy indeed I heard a caller on SSB saying that the biggest thing theyve done is keep the squad and not lose any major players. Remind you of anyone a season ago? Keeping the same squad never works ( though it shouldve been enough for us to acquire the ten) winning clubs must always bring in fresh faces or stagnate. We will see as I'm sure that they will also have wantaways like kent who's apparently disgruntled he didnt get his move to leeds kamara as well. I hope it bites them in the arse as it did us HH ☘

Just shows Leeds that they got better value for they're money spending 25m on Daniel James than x amount on your man kent🤣

Spain midfielder Juan Mata, who is out of favour at Manchester United, was photographed at Glasgow's Blythswood Square Hotel, where new Celtic signings Jota and Cameron Carter-Vickers are also currently staying as questions are raised about the 33-year-old's future at Old Trafford.

He could certainly do a job for us.

Outside the transfer window, a club may still sign players on an emergency basis, usually if they have no goalkeeper available. ... Free agents can be signed by a club at any time during the season, if they had been released by their previous club before the end of the transfer window.
