Sicknote? He makes Darren Anderton look like a record appearance playerAnd just to add to thier woes. Sick note will not be playing anytime soon rich club just payed 50% of 3months loan Ā£100,000 for a return of 20 minutes play, and this is one bill that must be payed still being the richest club in Scotland they can afford it,that is according to the media in Scotland
Smoke & Mirrors FCOk - so this is what I donāt quite get re all the āinvestorsā in sevco. Now I will preface this by saying I donāt in any way claim to have any great financial/business knowledge so i may be way way off the mark and talking through my hole - wouldnāt be the first time. Iām going by some logic. (Well it seems logical to me).
If we assume they are kocher investors - no laughing at the back there - then they must be looking for a return. So they loan sevco the money and in some cases they get paid back with interest. Hence theyāve made some money
Or if they donāt get paid back, it gets converted into shares at say 20p so they then have an equity share in this fantastically well run business. (Seriously, you lot at the back, stop laughing!)
So - if they have shares, where do they get a return from? Well I suppose a dividend and given they are such a profitable well run businessā¦..I wonāt tell you lot at the back againā¦..
So how do they get the big payoff from their shares - somebody buys them out. Needs to be greater than 20p a share though - letās say 25p a share - thatās a 25% return.
So if someone buys out the shareholders entirely - I believe I read somewhere that they have something like 400 MILLION shares - well thatās a buyout price ofā¦. Ā£100m!!!
Who in their right mind would shell out that amount of money on a loss-making business?
Like I say - I may be way off beam here and please no need to sugarcoat it if Iām talking bollocksā¦ā¦but is it bollocks?
they have never had an admin eventThey would take the 15 points, it hearts drop any further back in the league the Huns will still finish 2nd.
They have avoided the 2nd administration penalty cut off date, I think it was 5 or7 years after your 1st one
if its another countries tax bill evaded then its no coming out your pocketThere's a few suggestions regards Sevco's funding and while I wouldn't rule out Loyalist narco-terror I don't get the laundering angle. It's not money laundering if you get nothing back. Sevco is the financial equivalent of Portadown.
Yeah but it's all one way traffic; there's no return on the investment. Pablo Escobar used to fuck money into holes and ended up burning $100,000s one evening just to keep his daughter warm in the safe house.if its another countries tax bill evaded then its no coming out your pocket
hence the trust fund set up
you can never know coz its filtered through a trust fund and you cant see where they got the cash
its trust money
its the never ending cycle of extras it bringsYeah but it's all one way traffic; there's no return on the investment. Pablo Escobar used to fuck money into holes and ended up burning $100,000s one evening just to keep his daughter warm in the safe house.
Sevco are a massively loss-making enterprise. There is no hiding that in any kind of offshore fund. They don't need money offshore they need it to shore up their season, fend off the creditors etc. I would not be surprised if Celtic have their matchday coaches from a new company next year as it would be a terrible tragedy to see Douglas (vice drippin outta the look of him) Park hoisted by his own petard and dragged down with the current 'engine room subhumanity'.
its the never ending cycle of extras it brings
its not about making money here and now, that comes when (if) they establish the new brand as same brand and sell their confetti for real money
they billions that disapear literally into bermuda triangle pay wages and bonuses to dudes filtering the billions into real banks and propping up holes elsewhere
it also helps foster trust for other scams with the old blackmail or you were part of it too-
hence imo sirdm is untouchable as he can bring down bigger fish who using same dodgy porn techniques of accounting
the money used in these scams can bring great fortunes to individuals who use the potentially ill gotten money
and just like piracy of old if it gets through the system the lord running iot makes money from nothing masonic magick
if it doesnt work the pirates working for the lord either directly or indirectly take the fall unless they have their lord nailed in the fraud then it wont ever get to court
and nobody loses nothing ecept the people or country or companies scammed
like south african ta authorities lose billions in ta scams
it ends up in trusts where it should not be
and it filters through to projects that might make cash in future but might not
almost a dragons den investment type thing except the money used to invest is trust money that has already been scammed out of another bank account of treasury through piracy
i see trump calling putin a savvy genius
meanwhile SKY is showing gazpron CL Football.
