Beaton is under the microscope, he had no choice but to call it right, however he allowed dramatics throughout the match when he should have stood his ground regarding the cheating.

He let the curly haired cheat away with murder the whole game.He must be one of the worst divers ive seen up here ,even pie muncher Boyd was embarassed by his antics.

Anyone who thinks Beaton was cheating today has to take off there green glasses (I never even brought up the ref I just said silva is a cheat and a prick) ref didn’t have a bad game tho…..we have had the board not wanting us to win league to the spl been anti Irish or anti catholic to all the refs been members of the orange lodge but sometimes it’s our own fault that we don’t win a game and today it was bad defending ….fuck been a ref in the country (only yellow that wasn’t was Kuhn)

One last question - why was Goldson not booked for his handball penalty? He stuck his elbow out to clear the ball. We've seen so many players from every other team get booked for accidental ball to arm incidents but Beaton did not book Oddbod.

Yet he booked Kuhn for multiple fouls (by other players!) for his first offence, but allowed Sterling to repeat foul with impunity!

I think we ll be ok Magnificent7.So much for the battering we were meant to get!They looked a desperate team today pressuring the ref to send our players off along with that baldy prick on the sideline.As Rodgers said in his interview we were the only team playing football .

We were the architect's of our own downfall. The game should've been out of sight by half time. Our midfield failed to turn up in the second half. They targeted Taylor as our weak link.
And of course a penalty that just wasn't. Beaton books the guy and rightly so cause AJ gets a toe on the ball and Silva throws himself to the ground. VAR then decided it's time the Dark Side got a pen. Fecking disgrace.

I think you're right Mag7, it was a gamble that didn't pay off. Got to say though, it's a gamble I agreed with. We were losing the midfield big time. Don't want to single anybody out, but we had a couple of players well below the required level for this game. That, for me, makes the result all the more acceptable.
