I’d be delighted with this. I think the fee(£7/£8 million) sounds a bargain.

Good centre halfs are probably the toughest position to fill. You’ve got Harry McGuire who’s the same age as Jullien moving for anything up to £80 million.

Mats Hummels who is 30, just moved for over £30 million.

I know every signing is a risk but this guy sounds ideal. He’s played at a good level, and has plenty of improvement in him. He seems to have become a little disillusioned playing with a smaller club/maybe lost his way a bit.

Basically under different circumstances I think we would be struggling to get him.

As much as he is decent and looks the part, i wouldn’t believe anything that rag says.

Wouldn’t put it past them to then say Celtic reneged on something to give the hobbits a wet dream.
