As far as the pro licence goes for a celtic manager,i seem to remember a certain soup taker not having his when he sold his soul to the devil.

At poundland its very easy not to have the required documentation is it not.......MMMMM
Slippy had completed his A & B license and had already started his Pro license when he became sevco manager. UEFA do allow this.
This aussie guy doesn't have any UEFA coaching badges at all. His coaching badges are from Australia, which aren't recognised by UEFA. So in UEFA's eyes he doesn't have any coaching qualifications, so he can't even take the under 18's for a coaching session, never mind manage a top flight football club.
Pretty simple really

There has to be someway around this glasbhoy, as can the club really be that incompetent to approach a manager who can't manage us as he's not qualified to do so?
On top of that, would we really be prepared to pay compensation to his Japanese club?
Still think we might have someone else in mind

Well you could appoint him in a different role and have a puppet manager in place, someone who holds the title as manager , but does exactly as the aussie tells him. He wouldn't be able to take any coaching sessions or anything like that.
It would be pretty pointless in my eyes. Just hire a manager you can fucking manage.
There are reports about Maloney in talks. Is he going to the the puppet?

The only aussie manager to vet a job in a European league was angels former assistant Muscat. Muscat had to wait several months after joining Sint-Truiden - who are owned by Japanese electronics and internet company DMM - because his Asian Football Confederation coaching badges were not initially recognised by UEFA, and for a period he served as the club's technical director until he could be officially appointed head coach
