Yes folks the MSM are BUMMING UP Kilmarnock to such a degree they are comparing them to multi-millionaire funded Leicester City of a few years ago. Lets make no mistake what Leicester achieved was remarkable and the planets all aligned at the right time for them that Season. But they were still in the multi-million EPL. They had players on wages we still could not match today.
Steve Clark has done a fantastic job at Kilmarnock also, given the limited resources at his disposal it may even surpass what Ranieri achieved with Leicester City, time will tell. A top 3 place is within reach, maybe. No doubt his achievements haven't gone unnoticed down south either. There will be a lot more sackings in the EPL/Championship to come, there may be a few looking North wondering why a man of his vast experience of the English game was allowed to slip under the radar to his hometown club.

To be fair to Kilmarnock they have a better chance than sevco of stopping us, but the media wont tell you that up here.

Fair play to Clarke and Kilmarnock, they are up there on merit but I don't think they will be winning the league this season. As you say, top 3 is well within their reach.

TBH, I'm thinking about Bain for Gordon too. The team is evolving it could be time for that change too. That goal during the week should never have gone in from that angle.

In the calendar year they are only a few points behind us - what the Sevco would give for that ! Indeed , if Sevco had Killie's recent record against us they would be wetting themselves - 2 wins and a draw against BR's team ? WoW !
Time though to put them in their place - to be fair in the games against us we have never really treated them as anything other than Kilmarnock and Steve Clarke has taken advantage of that . Time to start playing !
