We need to use our subs wisely. You can only stop play 3 times to make subs so we need to make at least 2 changes at a time (and leave 1 sub for nearer the end for injury or fatigue) rather than 2 single subs like we did in midweek.

We have so many underperformers today so it should be easy to make changes.
