Ever wonder if its our impatience with the development players that costs us ?

Far as I remember it was physical size which went against Andy Robertson and would assume it was the same for Hickey. But when you think of it, a physically-smaller defender will have more opportunity to flourish in an environment where they won't be targeted for physical abuse which will be ignored by officials.
