The man is under so much pressure this season I for one would like the club to manage his pressure by given more responsibility to others in his staff. Remember troops Lenny doesn't share the good health of most of us. I just want him to be as healthy as possible.

Stop talkin pish. The guy was assessed b4 he got the job. As for stress about managing you try telling that to the millions that whose jobs are goin. Stress is about keeping a roof over your head.
