The SPFL board have a duty to follow their rulebook. Not a fake news dossier.

This rule is interesting. Can you think of any club that has breached it repeatedly? Who might have called for heads to roll?
B2 No Member , either by itself or its Officials, shall by any means whatsoever disparage, belittle, discredit or unfairly criticise any other Member or its Club, the Company, the League, the Directors, Alternate Director and the directors of any other Member and the Company's and other Members’ officers, employees, Officials and agents (which shall, for the avoidance of doubt, in the case of the other Member and its Club, exclude it and its Club’s supporters).

So is this one
League Ranking at the End of a Season C8 At the end of each Season, beginning Season 2013/2014, the Clubs shall be ranked in the League from 1 to 42 inclusive on the basis that the Clubs finishing the relevant Season in positions: C8.1 1 to 12 in the Premiership shall be ranked in respectively positions 1 to 12 in the League for that Season;

But what about this crumb of comfort that the Bears cling to
The Premiership C14 The Clubs for the time being entitled in terms of these Rules to participate in the Premiership shall, disregarding any abandoned or postponed matches, play in 38 League Matches in any one Season.

But here is the rule that covers events like global pandemics and means that the rule above is UNENFORCEABLE

Severability A3 Each Rule shall be construed separately and, if any Rule or provision in these Rules may prove to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable for any reason, such illegality, invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the remaining Rules which shall continue in full force and effect.

The SPFL rulebook is clear. When the Premiership season is declared finished as the other leagues have been then the team in first position are the Champions and the bottom team are relegated. Follow the rules and not the bleating of the sore losers.

That's it Doncaster is an administrator nothing more nothing less, Storm in a tea cup fc are deflecting from there own issues, just look at losses they incur year in year out.
And with no football resuming anytime soon do think the accounts are going to get better? Feckin no chance! High transfer fees forget it and that goes for every Club.

It's easy to be distracted by what is essentially just 'noise' but administrators have to just follow the rules. It really is that simple. UEFA wants leagues to tell them fairly soon which teams have qualified for the CL and Europa League. The rulebook clearly shows that Celtic the 2019-20 Champions are eligible for the CL season 20-21.

sadly they invented a secret agreement that trumps the rulebook apparently.

when you read the rule book it says refer to the secret agreement

And until that secret agreement is ripped up and reveals the dead empty carcass of Rangers hidden beneath the foundations of the secret agreement then the only rule book is the secret agreement that cannot be revealed.

The crux of all thats wrong with Scottish football remains shrouded in the pharisee labyrinth of secret handshakes by unknown parties on an unknown rulebook for a determined economic outcome that is now strangling the game to death.

pretend one club cant die, cover the truth with a twisted agreement, now being used clandestinely as dogma by the beneficiary of the secret agreement and leverage to bring entire game down since they couldn't play fairly then, now or ever.

These arseholes forget it took Celtic 20yrs of sticking to a business model to get were we are! Aye we slated Fergus, am no different in crying out PL but look at the difference a Club running perfectly to a shambles begging loans and never out of court take yer pick, we can get bank loans, trade shares openly and if needed put out a share offer publicity can that mhob? Answers on a postcard.

Another distraction. Your point is noted BUT we just have to patiently wait till the season is officially ended. Patience is a virtue. We have the best legal team as well as the best football team. No one can take away or taint our well earned prize The noisy neighbours are in for a surprise if you read the unanimous rebuttal by the spfl board.

Demoted I think the word they use 😂😂 feckin brilliant! Never got liquidated, the club was always seperate, and it was the big bad Fenian hand that Done all! " Mon the land deal guy" love the fuckin pain of those dirty cheating, mhanky bastards!!

They could not say relegated and that was the Association because to do so would have cost coral the bookies a quarter of a million pounds for the bet placed by Finloch.

The huns are still pushing the null and void they do not care about the trouble been caused, they are pandering to the gullibears, this would have them buying season tickets as they would hope to buy a year further away from 10
Null and void was took off the table and the date for the European places is 25th May Lisboa Day.

The huns were looking to interest free loans from the SPFL and then would claim the 2nd prize placing in a points basis, the championship in Scotland and in England is going to be drawn to a close with Celtic and Liverpool been crowned champions based on points and positions and on form.

The huns have never known the word integrity, 2012 was Campbell Ogilvie putting through EBT un registered players andin doing so have avoided tax whilst applying for European Licence and the final integrity breach was to condone a club ripping off business creditors and when liquidated allowed to be represented by a complaint media to give the impression that this liquidated club did not die.

They would destroy themselves and Scottish football.if they thought it would prevent us winning anything. 🍺 🥳
Huns radio they suspended the football in 1939 due to the war. However.

With the outbreak of the War on 3 September 1939, the season was suspended after five rounds of games played in the Scottish League Division One. The league was not officially competed for until season 1946–47 but there were unofficial regional leagues played during these years. This saw the club play what was known as wartime football.

Rangers played a total of five official competitive matches during the 1939–40 season.

5 games is not 3 quarters of a season played. wonder how many teams could have won this title

Is Slippy wanting ' null and void for his beloved club? If not why not? 30 yrs of pain! Don't hear the calmer down south......to give Liverpool the title, so why so vocal up here..go figure.😉

Might of been our man here that pointed out the 10m would of been triggered by null and void in an earlier thread? Only a select few clubs would of entertained this. Demotion , failed promotion and 2nd place stop everything chumps.
That 10m was just the tip of the fallout.
It would of opened the floodgates.
Did they know that? I doubt it. No at the time anyway.
So cycle through. Bluffs called with no answer. The only option left is to whip up the remaining follow followers into a frenzied state of baboonary (new word).

Ok let this pan out.
Null.
Every club gives all recieved revenue back.
The Rangers are now worth? Kent is sent back. SB money returned. All gate and prize money also.
Why?
Morons that didn't have an option but to submit. Not submit but accept. They accepted the league was done. Before. Now it's the last fight.
Given the option of a closed door finish in the manor of sporting fairness? Didn't want it and said it would not be recognised.
Never mind league rules of UEFA members setting precedent.
Can't stick to that. They wouldn't be around if the SFA they hate applied FFP . Pick and choose
