I dont think he lost the team

I have come to conclusion he has no clue on tactics

he needs to go. not because he lost team but he in out his depth, he aint managing effectively on or off pitch

his instructions are probably as bad as his post match gash.
 
No arguments with you Ian, just the word big makes it look like others might be small, its all in the perspective :p we all want the very best for our team and i for sure am hurting, to be in this place from such a strong position is frankly contrived or sheer incompetence

I could explain why Deila was good option at time no sevco

low gates

not much money for big players

had to cut cloth accordingly

not his demanded budget
not his wage for player demands

no top manager who would be considered our type of manager would touch any club outside the mega tv money leagues

thats the reality
