I think back to the tackle on Miller at the bigotdome and I thought that's what he would forever be remembered for, he's had a lot of injuries to deal with and sometimes I was left wondering what he gave to the team, but recently he has looked more assured, especially playing alongside big Ajer, im feeling more confident about the lad now and if the 2 of them keep gelling like this and stay fit, that's one part of our team we don't need to worry about.
As for what happened in 67+min today, there are no words. RIP Billy and thanks Jozo for the tribute, it will never be forgotten.

I think Corpus carries out that role very well.
He certainly runs beyond from the 10 role but when Brown and McGregor sit deeper we don't really have a runner from behind. McGregor tries but its not really his game. Might be worth trying Christie beside McGregor like we did with Rogic when Broony was injured mid season. Worth a go. he's a proper player

I always thought Jozo was unfairly treated by the Rat. He made a mistake (the elbow on Morelos, which wasn't as bad as anything Sevco have done this year) and got dropped. Contrast with Boyata, who made mistake after mistake and never got dropped.
Jozo said at the weekend that his form (he's been our best defender in the last month) has been down to Lenny sticking with him.

Totally agree. Remember when Rodgers came in, the first thing he tried to do was sell Jozo without ever seeing him kick a ball. Thankfully that deal fell through. Plus you never hear stories about him lookin away to another club. He seems more than happy to play for Celtic. We need more players like him.

Agree with you both.
What we really miss is a midfield player like Armstrong who can burst forward ahead of the strikers. Cal mac does occasionally but not enough.
Let's get this league done, hope we win it at ibrox ..... tomorrow!!

Armstrong was only ever good for 6 months just looked like he couldn’t be arsed mostly.

Hair model to make baldies jealous ??

Wee Christie n Cal are good at getting ball forward.

To be fair though thought jozo was good then he seemed to make too many mistakes usually next to bombscare though but lately he seems to have found his mojo in the last couple he’s played.

Seems jozo is beginning to show why we brought him here in the first place. At the beginning he looked like a player who would go on to achieve great things with us. He's had problems with injuries but also the Croatia/Bosnia carry on must've really affected him (Don't listen to agents advice) hes looked one of our better players in recent games, as has Ajer Bain and broony. Hopefully this is the resurgence of his Celtic career. At a time when we need our defenders to be at the top of their game he is certainly showing it HH
