Taylor was born in Greenock and raised in nearby Gourock, attending Clydeview Academy. He has stated he hated his school life due to the fact he is an avid Celtic fan but the majority at the school supported the previously departed Glasgow Rangers.

If you have any contacts with the board tell them I know of an imminent investment opportunity....distressed building with plenty of 'world class' car parking due to be offered in liquidation firesale. Punt that on to ASDA for a tidy profit and let them deal with the environmental issues.

I just want to see a step up in quality and players with a bit more experience added now mate, we're top heavy with the youngsters cutting their teeth at the club and if we're serious about trying to make inroads in Europe then we have to aim a bit higher than this imo.
If Boli hadn't been signed already and we were bringing a bit of quality in then I would have said aye probably good back up but do we really want to be choosing between these 2 in the CL group stages?

Taylor is a blue nose , but that does not matter , he is a fine young player and I believe will sign for Celtic , good addition
