The British Establishment are a well oiled propaganda machine, after Grenfell, the future king Billiam got his arse down there pronto to get his dish in front of the cameras oozing sympathy, telling them the country is behind them blah blah feckin blah, now, not a peep, the vast majority of the people who survived this fire have been treated disgracefully, the first people who got real help to these people was the friends, strangers and relatives of their community, these people should be applauded for a basic act of human kindness the government couldn't or wouldn't show.
I wonder if the 50 squillion quid makeover of Betty Windsor Palace will have a nice shiny up to date sprinkler system installed?
I remember how quick the money was raised (by us, where's ma gong?) when Windsor Palace went up in flames, for a house filled with servants, if you really need to know what the establishment fell about us commoners, just compare the reaction from Downing St to both these fires.
