If they had genuine evidence this would have already been leaked to a complaint media. It would have been last week's headlines in the Daily Ranger. THERE are key issues to be discussed and agreed within Scottish football including the circumstances and dates on which football can resume, the health and safety of all involved and the financial implications for members.
It is vital that those involved in making those decisions have the confidence and support of member clubs. An independent investigation provides a route to achieving this.
It has always been Rangers’ intention to produce our evidence at the appropriate time. The evidence will be provided to all member clubs well in advance of a general meeting to approve an independent investigation.

Pocedure would be to submit evidence to both sides (spfl/clubs) that is how you get a vote towards an independent enquiry ,if the evidence is substantial in favour your on to a winner and an inquiry would be granted
By suppling other clubs this so called evidence and not the spfl leaves you with not a leg to stand on , i wonder how many smaller clubs have been promised the smoking gun of the whatsapp group
The imbeciles have went the intimidation route and the kangaroo court missing out and ignoring the defense they have went straight to trial with them being judge and jury ,
SPFL now have to take account of sevcos actions and punish accordingly ,also cost of an inquiry if granted should be met by the persuers with money up front ,time to shut these fkrs up

But they only get the general meeting if 30 clubs agree with it so thers slim to no chance of this happening and Sevco know this.They have made yet another statement saying they are supplying all 42 other clubs with the "evidence " before a general meeting
So the imaginary dossier that they don’t even have will never b shown.
