Resolution 12

Is it too much to ask our CEO and our Board to stand up and right a wrong in Scottish Football re Resolution 12?

Is it too much to ask our CEO and our Board to spend some of the millions they have on getting in quality first team players needed for our team?

Is it too much to ask our CEO and our Board for some explanation why none of these have taken place to date?

Can we honestly believe that our CEO and our Board are so incompetent after all they are running the biggest club in Scotland?

So Why are we in this state Res12 been ignored by our CEO and our Board for 6 Years. Replacement quality players not arrived so far. Along with the sale of one of our best players.

What is going on here - really going on here that our CEO and our Board are not helping us to get a really strong team to win our games and to get rid of all the unfair system that exists in Scottish football. WHY?

Erm there spinless ,gutless ,useless shirkin up to there necks in it something must be hangin in the background which they don't want to come out

Resolution 12 has simmered on for years now and if the Board thought it would peter out they were wrong. Different tactics and stategy have to be used at the AGM. I hope they have studied the procedural rule book. It has to be raised early in the meeting and an answer given. No futher business should be discussed until the Res 12 response of the Board has been given. They cannot obfuscate any longer.

Exactly Benignus, for 6 years the board did nothing just hoping it would disappear. But glad we have the Res12 guys to keep on top of it and keep fighting for the injustice that has taken place. Think it’s going back on the Agenda for the AGM.

This should have been dealt with at the time and those responsible for this cheating held to account.
========
That is the intention and steps already taken to make it happen.

The intent is it will be raised during AGM as an agenda item, not an afterthought.

Shareholders who sign up to raising it will be well briefed beforehand to stop obfuscation.

The proposal should be recorded in the annual report as well as Celtic's response, for or against depending on their position.

Good man Auldheid.....sincere gratitude to you and the other resolutioners.....can I ask you?.....it’s apparent to me that fraud took place here.....has this route been contemplated?

It depends on whether UEFA consider the proof offered to enable the licence to be granted is acceptable under UEFA FFP as UEFA intend the rules to be applied.

That was the point of Resolutin12, to go to UEFA, obtain the paperwork and establish the grounds on which licence was granted then retained.

Yet Celtic insisted the matter be dealt with domestically and we still do not have an answer to that question regarding the status of the £2.8 m that HMRC were pursuing as UEFA define it.

However should answer be the proof disguised the true status and the licence should not have been granted and was on false pretence, then the decision to involve the police would initially be down to Celtic.

Not sure of shareholders locus to involve police if Celtic unwilling but it's an issue that needs addressing if the proof offered was not an honest and accurate portrayal of the status of what was described as a potential liability at 31 March 2011.

Im sure that fraud is nullified by a secret agreement.

Nimmo Smith made a statement that cant be revoked by law, even under fraud.

The 5 way agreement, otherwise known as the pentacle, trumps all law.

The Rangers were cheated by a Timmy conspiracy that defrauded them of their rightful 8 in a row

And the tax that never helped the hero's was more useful to the masonic temple and worshipful masters of the pentacle.

the 5 way agreement was sealed under oath to a higher authority that must not be named.

Financial skullduggery is a right of the Peepo.

I mean just look at Sevco, Dave king was right, even if they didn't have help from odd sources these big wage players would still have been signed,

Gerrard came for 50p per season

Defoe renounced 130k per week
Davis renounced 40k per week

Proof that money deliberately withheld did not help the club win titles

Sevco won 54 titles for a quids worth of intellectual property

taxman should have known Peepo deserve titles
