I can't imagine he'd be listed in the top 100 young managers in Europe so he's not the answer for me. I really think we need a proven, experienced manager not a punt at a big name.
Main concer with me Hoopy is the coaching side, always good to have a figurehead who can handle the media and PR and not scared to call them out he fits that bill. but a coach is a must and they must be allowed to coach their way, no inteference only shared advice.Big name, but only because of his achievements as a player and as an outspoken pundit, not as a manager.
