went on to follow follow yesterday and for some strange reason they think there is not a problem with judges decision. They think they can just carry on carrying on. Absolutely mental. take it they can't comprehend/understand what was stated in the judgement. They seem to think it went in their favour, doh.

Sevco signed deal with Elite/Hummel that tried to shaft SDI.
SDI have won their case to get the profits that Elite/Hummel have mad eand would have made.
Elite /Hummel will sue Sevco for breach of contract very soon.
Only problem for Elite /Hummel is that there will be no assets left.

The gullibillies keep forgetting one simple fact about this whole Mike Ashley/Sports Direct scenario. That is that on at least a couple of occasions, they had completely run out of finance and had absolutely nowhere else to turn to get cash in to keep the doors open.
Without his money they would have gone into administration and then probably died and we'd have been spared their bile for the last 4-5 years.
He only did this because he could secure a fantastic deal on their merchandise to keep the cash flowing into Sports Direct, which the newco board were only to willing to sign up to avoid financial suicide. The ailing rangers literally had no other choice as no-one else - especially their deluded fans or "saviours" on the board - would put money into this poorly managed basket-case of a business as they wasted £millions living beyond their means recreating Murray's failed/corrupt 1990s-2000s business model.
So when you sell your soul to the devil for a short-term gain, don't be surprised when he comes back to bite you on the arse to cause you long-term misery! And then don't waste even more money (which you don't have) suing him when legally you are clearly in the wrong by cutting ridiculous deals with his competitors behind his back then gloating and boasting about them using your brethern cronies in the media.
100% self-inflicted irresponsible recklessness.

People can be on death row for 20 years. As much as I am enjoying their next self inflicted disaster I can’t see them dying again. Mortally wounded yes, but not quite extinct.
For them to go tits up would depend on the “many millions” comment by the judge. We need to wait and see what this figure actually is, which of course means any money they make through player sales will be used to pay the debt.
Now, if they lose to Progres or more likely, get handed their arse by the Danes, this loss of income could be devastating, taken in conjunction with their current liabilities through being arrogant stupid bastards.
Their lawyers must be the most incompetent crew ever.

Am sure they have a different assessment to the liquidation event that happened,and that wasn't as bad as we made out. They can't seem to grasp that they were totally legally fucked by there own board. The board at Sevco trashed a valuable external revenue source that's vital to all clubs, Retail. How the Fuck they think it's no big deal led to them being liquidated first time round,Clearly nothing's changed in the mindset...king must pish himself at that level of stupidity.?

insolvency seems likely unless they can generate revenue or gifts to cover real time costs.
they are banking on realising highly inflated sales prices, which as yet haven't materialised.
Which means if it does not come soon, more gift loans will be needed by that puts more pressure on club, which means its harder to sell assets at retail prices.
unless they cut cloth to fit their income they are in danger also of FFP which would further cut their revenue.
the idea of the get Ashley gone was to increase revenue, but its made revenue from that stream weaker and potentially for even longer and worse still could come with a huge real time cash demand from court.
So imo, the skirting along the insolvency path, may mean less tax due, but in event of shock like could be coming from court orders and potentially more litigation, then they really need dumb people with big pockets to carry them over the day to day running costs which get higher, and perhaps more hidden, and therefore bringing more attention to the distressed situation which makes it harder to get away with dodgy, potentially fraudulent fiddling.
the inflation in football player prices is their only hope of escaping the huge chasm they are creating in accounts.
1 do they have people willing to fill the chasm till they get back into financial safety?
2 will they get back into financial safety by selling players or will they be forced to buy new excessive wage players to keep Ponzi charade going.
3 is what they are doing really legal or more innovation of the dubious type
they need cash in asap to cover potential shock demands that look ever likely
their criminal chairman has ostracised legitimate wealth which puts them ever more under the microscope
but to pull off this kind of skullduggery requires help not scrutiny and its hard to help something under microscope with revealing more than you really want revealed.
