Ange press conference, CCV and Mooy training again, Abada returns, Turnbull still out. McGregor suspended but now likely to be out for a significant period and is going to see a specialist regarding his knee injury.
I suppose Ange's decision is whether to risk CCV or save him for Tuesday. I'd go with the latter.

Hart
Juranovic Welsh Jenz Taylor
Abildgaard Hatate
Abada O'Riley Haksabanovic
Giakoumakis
Subs Siegrist Ralston CCV Bernabei Mooy Forrest Kyogo Jota Maeda

I think I'd go with that line-up too. Apart from his goal on Wednesday, I think Jota has been relatively quiet for the last few games (not that unusual for such a talented young player) and will probably benefit from coming on as a sub.

I wouldn't mind seeing Gialoumakis & Kyogo play up front together for a decent run. I think Kyogo would benefit from attacking lay-offs from the bigger colleague. And it gives our opponents a different problem as they now know exactly what to expect from our formation and tactics so for most games get a week in training to prepare to defend against us.

Who cares about the football or what's going inside the stadium!!!
The time has come.
The battle plans have been drawn.
The world will remember the Battle at the Gates of McDairmid Park as long as man has breath in his lungs to tell the story.
A story that will become legend!!!

I'll see you there Winter!!!! 😡😡😡

PS.....I hope Clay doesn't show up. I'm terrified of PROPER fans.....

The inevitable has eventually happened and Calmac is gonna be out for a lengthy spell by the looks of things.
We haven't really showed up in all our glory since the hunskelping if we are honest and this latest setback of "significant" injuries will truly test this teams mentality and ability to get through unscathed.
I hope we can hang in there and show a team togetherness with grit and determination to get through a run of games that are now gonna be very challenging without our captain until his return.
Time to get the sleeves rolled up and prove our worth ...no time for feeling sorry for ourselves. We need players to take the game by the bollocks and stand up and be counted.
Starting tomorrow which will tell us alot about how we go forward In the coming weeks.🍀

OK what to do without the Ferrymhan in the team? I dont see a change of formation to be honest although we did go narrow back 4 against the Germans in the second half.

Not sure as I haven't heard but I take it JJ is okay after his head cut, but even if he is I would be tempted to go with Tony at the back with JJ moving forward one.
So

Big Joe.

Tony CCV Jenz Taylor.

JJ Hatate O'Riely.

Abada GG Jota.

I would only play Hatate Jota and O'Riely for an hour at most and get them off (result permitting) with Europe in mind next week.

2 nuffin Celtic, JJ and GG with the goals, Hart Motm.

Funnily enough I would like to see Jamesie get a run.
I felt against St Mirren with Maeda and Abada we had two hard working wingers but neither are dribblers so with a new three year deal I’d be for giving Jamesie a go.
Also Mooy is a 3/4 touch passer from pivot whereas Calmac is 1/2 touch. We lost speed dramatically as a result. Not sure who to put in ( Hatate?) but we need speed and precision from there.
Anyway, 0 4.

Things are starting to happen ccv starfelt calmac all out backs to the wall time. I remember last season we had a far weaker squad but ange and the players showed real grit and we lifted the title.these men have been fantastic for us but most of all the manager they've not let us down they've had a couple of bad results what team doesn't. Look we all can knee jerk iv done it myself a 100 times I'll eat my hat if this team don't do the business tomorrow. I'd have Tony Ralston on tomorrow this man gives his heart every time he plays along with his talent the way he gets down the right wing and his crossing is brilliant plus he doesn't take shit . Up front kyogo is amazing behind him hatate has so much talent I'd love to see him do it for 50 minutes instead of 20 . Now see big jenz all he needs is his passing to improve Steven Walsh done well against liepzig but he needs to do it all the time. Big Joe seems to be going into some sort of comfort zone he needs to go back to last season and carry on from thier .as for big gg get yourself fit and do what you do best .tomorrow's another day Mon the champions.

I agree Jinky. I think over the next couple of games we will see one or two fringe players step up and see us through this tricky patch. It is time for them to earn their high salaries and show that they are superior to players from the other SPFL teams.

We will always have to battle to win our domestic games and I believe we will get back to winning ways, but we cannot take anything for granted.

A hard fought victory to the Hoops by a couple of goals.

I’m in Menlo Park noo, Gonna have to get up at 4am for the 12:30 ko.
Travelled on Aer Lingus via Dublin. I cleared US immigration in Dublin in 2 minutes. After that our flight was classed as an internal flight and I didna have the usual 3 hour wait at immigration in San Francisco.
If ye are ever travelling to the US do it Aer Lingus via Dublin. So much easier.
COYBIG.

100% BB the domestic football is our bread and butter we must take care of that first.then try and develop a team to make in roads in Europe. Ange is still developing its early days for him especially in Europe one thing the team and ange don't need is abuse from our support. Criticism is fair but some stuff being said goes over the top .let's get the 3 points today and as usual our fans will be thier in full voice giving the bhoys thier support.
