This is the copy of the copy sent to Inverness so why is the writing in blue, its a scan. so its false. The new excuse is that it was rejected from SPFL because it has atick and not an x, the form does not state x or tick that i can see is bullshit and head hunting for heads to roll for not doing what they wish.
The issue also is the the SPFL stated they never recieved it so the document is not proof of anything, the server with the claim of the email will contain the evidence if it was sent or not,just like Lambogate its a squirrel, 28 days grace with a King stalling tactic, but 28 days is the legal amount of time anyway allocated so there was no rush if clubs wanted to wait.
 
This is an email electronic trail not a paper trail, huns need to come into 21st century, SPFL would not make a claim of not receiving an email as electronic data is now traceable, and more easy than a paper trail, you cannot delete stuff from a server and if you do the recipient has an electronic receipt of sending time it stamped and addressed to the location to be sent .

Easily sorted show the email sent and its sorted, the statement has been made that SPFL was told its been sent for them to say not received then they would have looked for it then, and why not resend the mail as it will still be in your sent box.
 
Not Celtics issue the SPFL are a company and clubs are entitled to use their briefs should people have an issue so let them wire in for if the vote went through also abstainers or no votes could have appealed within 28 days and Anne Budge knew this was the case which is why she was confident in talking legals. So regardless of the league there is a 28 day window or there is 10th June outcome.
So I am sure the SPFL will be taking legal advice in this matter that has cropped up by demanding that the case made is presented to them so they may defend the allegations.
 
Huns claiming they will not cooperate by giving over their evidence for the SPFL to counter argue. They think that without handing over evidence Doncaster will need to step down until an enquiry is conducted into allegations, this will not happen as an any one can make an allegation against anything or anyone without evidence but nothing without evidence been produced will not be entertained and why should it.
its not a case of two people sitting over a table, without evidence or a charge there is nothing to deal with, a written report of allegation has to be submitted any trade union would advise this, allegations have to be submitted with proof to be investigated.
Dumb bastards are talking shite again. There will not be an investigation until evidence is submitted, in court evidence is shared by both sides before trial.
