I hope that you're right but I have a nagging doubt that those at the top are well capable of sitting on their hands and Lawwell's instinct will be to interfere to try to cut funds to the benefit of the golfer.

Just back from Celtic park area , what utter bell-end from the council decided to put cycle lanes the whole length of the london road and even narrower in front of a 60,000 seater stadium ,no other street anywhere in the east end has them
