It killed them stone dead. They don't care. Its not sport for them. Its their right to win and never pay the bills of winning.

And its all to keep the hacks in nice houses with easy life and helping the fellow craft masters getting their dodgy incomes hidden in secret accounts.

You can't compete with a dead club with no fear of going bust. At end of day if they manage to win league with their weird system of laundry and scamming their own with confetti then so be it.

It will still be 54+1 (with asterisk on several of the 54 for non payment of their wins).

The kind of player who wants to play for Celtic would be loving our wages.

If they dont want play for millions coz its no enough then they really aren't that interested in football.

We cant compete with a dead club TET but it is a fact that they are competing with us. Celtic would not be out of pocket for bringing in a few players at prices we aren't known for like edouard. If for 2 seasons only. We could afford that 2 on 2 off. Players play for fame and money not in that order and they will come if the monies are on offer just as in the past and if they are performing we wont care about the wage. I dont expect it to happen but it would be nice,reassuring even to see our board on the same hymsheet as the rest of us. They are throwing everything at us and getting close, too close for my comfort though still I'm confident. 2 seasons of spending on the right players would see us skoosh it. No haggling over 1-3 million for our targets, bring them in , pay them, let them know why they are here and I'd reckon many would jump at it. 2 seasons could also kick Celtic into a new era of dominance, possibly European success (defined differently these days) many were trying to compare ajax with Celtic earlier in the season but they as a club are willing to aim higher than domestic glory and hope for the best in Europe by bringing in that quality to mix with their academy players. How badly does this board want it? As much as the rest of us? I'm not yet convinced wholeheartedly but not panicking either. I just think that being in such a position of strength means nothing if we don't flex that strength. HH ☘

I hope we can afford it, but it sets a precedent for wages and might trigger highest wage match clauses in other contracts

They are competing by using every dodgy scam possible and if it had been anybody but them it would be investigated as potential fraud.

They are gambling we bite off more than we can chew and then they can go admin route clear debts and we are then top heavy.

We are paying the price of Rodgers massive wage hikes currently we are way over safe limits on wages currently


They are on (the masonic shimmy shammy-imo)

they owe out millions still on contractual agreements on current players have 10 million hole this season even after last season Europe.

They are way over budget already

tBefore they bought Kent.

We have capital in bank for investment but we are over on wages

So upgrades will need to be paid later, if made which means downsizing later and can we upgrade just now without breaking bank (getting actual better players I mean?

If better players are available they need to be available o wages that dont create serious selling issues like the horde?

Yes I would we aren't suddenly a lesser side and as lenny has said our achievements aren't recognized I mean take our decade and its pales compared to a derby defeat at home. Weve been spoiled by being so so good in recent seasons untouchable records unbelievable domestic dominance. What's changed ?they brought in slippy paid 7 mill in 7million installments for Kent? We were crap last sunday but on another day chances taken could easily have won. Teams go through these phases and weve not for so long that its confusing for many but we have the best squad by miles and this season will show it. Weve a few injuries but not to fringe players elyounnoussi rogic el hamed are massive players for us bring griff up to speed and we can challenge anyone on our game when we play. What happens when they suffer crucial injuries? (Methinks)
 
I think big Rogic has played more games for Australia than Celtic when he is fit..
We seem to get him ready for the Ozzie internationals and they send us back a near cripple for another 4-5 months on the treatment table..
I dont suppose they send his wages when they send him back to us,,of course not,,but listen it,s only about £25,000 per week.. whats the problem..
