He is our best player and theres this hope that he comes alive, but i agree on the basis of what we've seen this season he's the player formerly known as french eddie, so i think playing him is having a negative effect on the team
 
Which players and formation are chosen is irrelevant at the moment. If we continually send out a random 11 and hope they will be better than the opposition that will only prolong the boom and bust performances that we've watched this season. Sunday could be a comfortable win with a good overall performance, it could also be another car crash and defeat. That's the problem, when you have a group of talented individuals but they are not coached properly, they are not fit enough and are unorganised then anything can happen.
We need a manager who is tactically astute, will improve the players at his disposal, have a clear system/gameplan(s) that gets the best out of the players and that they buy into and we need a happy squad of players who are fighting for each other, the manager and the club as a whole. Without that we are fucked.

We're all at a loss to explain WTF has gone on this year and we don't know whats going on behind the scenes so end up looking at the manager. He got a tune out of them last year and results and trophies painted a rosy picture, it was a case of bring on the 10. Then this season, the players are playing in patches. I agree tactics at times are questionable, but when you play shit and brilliant in the same game it's baffling

I think this gets to the heart of the matter. Lennon is scared of experimenting because he knows he hasn’t a clue about tactics. By putting out the same veterans he can shift the blame to them when things go wrong.
Brown should be on the bench tomorrow, alongside Oli. Edouard should be dropped entirely until he shows double effort in training.
And on that issue of training, since Ajeti joined us I reckon I have shifted more weight and gained more muscle than him. I am not a professional athlete with access to world class training facilities 24/7. So could someone tell me why Ajeti is finding it so difficult to get in shape. Just what the hell is NL doing on a day to day basis with the players. I bet if you asked Juergen Klopp he could tell you the exact weight of each of his players, and he would know if they were gaining or losing. Lennon utterly lacks that aspect of professionalism. For Lenny, tactics are for others to worry about. So too is training it seems. I can’t think of one aspect of team management that Lennon is doing well at right now. Not one.

Tyrone ye can micro manage players all ye want but if they don't have the heart and desire to fill that Jersey ye may forget about the micro margins.
Confidence breeds energy on the park to.
I'm not saying things don't need changing here and there regards professionalism and togetherness as a team but labeling it down to an Ounce here and there is not were the answers are.
 
I am looking forward to this about as much as that time I sat in the dentist waiting room for root canal work. In fact with less trepidation, as getting dental work done is never a worry. We must win every game and Lenny will make the changes everyone wanted to see. Is it too late for him? We will need to wait and see, but, if he has lost the dressing room then I cant see us being at our best for the rest of the season. My assertion for years that Sevco would never fuck us up, we would, is looking like a cert now. It can still be changed but I have zero confidence it will. Motherwell will be up for this and see our defence as the farce it is and will go for it. Lets face it, Duffy will gift them a goal, so its about how many we can score and against half of a team on Thursday we created fuck all. I won't be surprised if we lose. That sums where we are are.

It’s hardly ‘an ounce here or there’! Our fitness levels are a disgrace. Look at most recent arrival, Laxalt. That he’s the fittest player we have speaks volumes about Lennon’s lazy management. I fully expect Laxalt to regress like the rest whilst Lennon’s in charge.

i just hope and pray that there is a reaction to the other night, if there anything left there in those four walls then its a must, if there ain't then we know where were heading if we don't already. it's a big game for lenny and there could be the thought that he will ring wholesale changes to pick those that;ll try, but thats a big risk on sunday, although is it more of a risk expecting different from the same players

Is he though? Hes not lasted a full 90 yet I think. I'd put frimpong up there as the fittest and calmac but hes suffering from fatigue
 
I'm not a fan of the 1 striker system 4-3-2-1 it isolates the striker if our wing backs are neutralised. At this time ajeti and griff with moi and frimps would be my preferred choice eddy as an impact sub until he gets that goal.then he can start , also klimala has not let us down and must be knocking on the door for a start

I had the sane with the old Dracula films at the pictures GG. It was the music buildup and the darkness that done for me. I was well into my teens when I finally seen his face. Scaredy pants. 🦇🦇!
