They just last year had a major general strike because the government was increasing the state pension age fro 60 to 62 one out all out tilll the Government conceded.

Just to help you clarify your thinking... How long did it take the French to capitulate in ww2? During ww1 they proved little in the way of resistance to Germany and required UK and even USA to repel the Germans. In fact mutiny was endemic in WW1 French occupation and ultimate capitulation (again) in Vietnam leaves them appearing weak. Take your political correctness and shove it up your arse. So, Lenny stays it seems.
I'll always be in his corner as a Celtic player/manager and as a human being.
I don't think he lost all management ability overnight but i do think that he finds himself in a position where he's been trying to get them going and they are just not doing it for him or us.
We can all speculate as to whats going on and it's probably many factors but what we do know is there is a season of poor performances to use as the basis for any judgement.
I don't think he helped himself in the interviews earlier in the season telling all, but more importantly us that everything was hunky dory. Fecking infuriating interviews.
Clearly protecting his players, hopefully protecting them, if he believed it then we are doomed. Trying to get a reaction he resorted to having a pop at them and then roundly gets criticised for having a go at them in public. I have no truck with honesty, perhaps if players are offended by that then they are weak minded.
My issue is there ain't a reaction from the players and if that is the case, it will become more and more unlikely to be one. Sadly, i think on that basis for the sake of improvement we need change.
It's turning toxic as ramped up by a bigoted load of people that detest him for what he stands for. They want him out. Now Celtic fans do to in increasing numbers.
I would like him to go in the best manner possible, but i'll not shed a tear, he has done us proud as a player and manager but by feck he's been well rewarded. It's not all one way and if your not doing your massively well paid job, then sorry.
But its not down to us. These guys get paid the big bucks to make these decisions and if this article is true, they're backing him. If that's the case, we'll find out come May whether it's pats on the back or a case of whose/how many heads should roll on the basis of that decision.
