Idk but if you caught any of what Jurgen klopp said about it it's just a renewal that's required once you have the pro licence. The piece also states that you must have it for the j- league so who's to say hes not up to date? Also during the pandemic Klopp said he just couldnt find the time to renew it due to his running of liverpool I dont see why it couldnt be done over zoom or the likes. HH

I dont think Rodgers would have a bad word to say about his time up here GS ,cant see him purposely trying to put Eddie Howe off coming .Just my opinion.
 
Angie , it would seem, has the personality to deal with the shite in Scotland..As for him only managing in Japan or Australia, I find that very narrow minded...if you know football and know how to coach and build a team, geography should not be an option....He is also a guy who is a winner and has delivered championships.... something that Howe is not....The one thing he will need a hand with is player recruitment and adapting to the Scottish environment which Maloney and possibly Duff or McManus would help him with

Either fucking way , celtic should not be hiring a 55 year old unknown manager when entry into the group stages of the CL is the prize at the end of the season

Another wee bit about Ange's background.
He played 4 of his early years in pro football under the guidance of Ferenc Puskas ( remember the 1960 game at Hampden, in front of 127,000 when he scored 4 )
Puskas coached down in Melbourne for 4 years and he made Ange his captain when he was only 21, winning the national league on 3 occasions, think the fact that Puskas couldn't speak English but could communicate to his players thru Ange in Greek, might have had something to do with it ? Or maybe it was the fact that Ange picked him up for work everyday.
Regardless, that would be some legend to have coaching you !
 
Gentlemen, and folk from Paisley ( kiddin it's ma home town ) there is a lot of good can be said about Ange, but has he got what it takes to handle life in Glasgow? Who knows, he is a bit of a tough cookie tho, maybe time will tell ?
Personally who I'd love to see be given the job is Nicky Butt. He'd bring Paul Scholes with him, no doubt, and I reckon if those 2 don't know how to sort out the shit we're in at the moment, nobody could !

Your manager leaves or gets sacked. 2/3 days later you have a replacement.

Even if Skippy gets allowed to come as manager, it’s still going to be another 10 days before he can do anything.
