Our board members run a club that is in the SPFL....they have never been members of the EPL. What EPL clubs earn for sky has never had any baring on how our board should run our Scottish club so I don't understand why it fucking matters. We don't have proper coaching or fitness staff because EPL clubs earn £100 million from sky??? We are unable to hire scouts because they all work for sky cash rich clubs?? We started another European campaign with no proper defence because EPL clubs get money from sky?? Other clubs in scotland and Europe manage to run their clubs without skys money. No one is asking us to sign mbappe or varane. Work within our means and find players and coaches who can contribute to the cause. EPL low end wage levels are less than wages offered for regular CL standard players

if you want regular CL quality team who are motivated to stay in scotland you must pay wages that are better than 100M bung teams at lowerend of EPL nor they will leave your club to join team paying better terms

Our boards inaction over lennon was a disgrace. Taking so long to get a new manager in was a disgrace. Forcing kennedy and Strachan on our new manager a disgrace. Entering the season completely unprepared is a fucking disgrace. A newly promoted hearts side managed to get themselves sorted over the summer enough so to beat us in their opening match. Their fans won't be arguing over what Brighton get from sky. Their board, on an absolute fraction of what our board have to work with, gave their manager what he needed to be prepared to take us on and beat us in their 1st match of the season. We started with a CM in defence, a RB that wasn't even wanted at the club and a striker who hasn't been arsed for 2 years.

but i have explained in detail that our wages which you claim are too low for quality are actually too high

since better players want better than the wages of lesser players and we cant afford better wages

it can be done

but not by paying more

club made massive loss this year so you fantasy that we could afford more expensive players is not true

even if we won league we woulda just broke even

this coming yearif we dont fix the wages better we could go backwards faster than ever

so where are you getting these figutes that we have funds to spare on better contract offers?
