No celery for me...onion sometimes
But if you've never done the bed of rice thing, it's another option, and it tastes good
I do most of the cooking in the house anyway, so a little experimenting is ok
I remember the first time I made mince n tatties, when the wee yin was over
Liliana was giving it "I'm not hungry"
When I put out the dinner, she sniffs in the air, and says "What's that ?"
"It's mince n tatties honey"
She had a spoonful the declared... "It;s delicious !!"
Now when my daughter sometimes asks what she wants, "Papa's mince n tatties"
