They will mutually agree his resignation against his will and then he'll join the end of a very long queue of pissed off folks who have been stitched up without payment and forced to fight it in court. Seems as though that lot are paying out more in lawyers fee's etc than the original lot owed the tax man, if they had just pd Hector to start with .
