Coronavirus

Tesco last night nothing but wholeweat linguini at £2 a packet. It's down to £1.28 today. It'll be 50p by the end of the week and still nobody will buy it.

I am retired from my business, suppose strictly speaking don’t need to work ,business was property maintenance/decorators!!but am regulatory asked by old customers if I would still do stuff if required!space out my work load to suit myself,this was planned start of January ,before all this kicked off ,we kept in touch right through ,and decided to go ahead ,house will be empty anyway ,feel as made arrangements ,would not be nice to cancel,actually locking forward to it ,no fear, hh

No need to pay people off now mate, if your company cant carry out business or if the country goes into shutdown the government will pay 80% of your wages, little risk to companies now. Say thanks to uncle Boris! 😹

Not so bad you ll be working yourself mate,said to my boss last week theres too many guys workin in my flat ,can hardly move and he shrugged his shoulders,so much for social distancing!tenants walking by us going up and down the stairs,its madness.Will see how it goes the mora but cany see me lasting the week.

That’s the prob tony! I know how you feel ,remember when the Witch was PM ,it was about Early 80’s the world economics went tits up ,did not work for 3 months or so,folks were cancelling all over the place ,had about 4 months work in front of me ,so nothing from jan/April, horrendous,got through it ,but shook me up,best of luck buddy keep my fingers crossed for you, my business was me /son ,he is doing other things now computer programming or things ! Hh
