I don't think he's working his ticket, I think his ego is working him.

Somebody like Rodgers can't just come in and improve on something good that was there already. Because he won't get ALL the credit for that.

He needs to highlight all the problems, create a mini crisis and then take the plaudits for sorting it all out.

A bit like an arsonist who starts fires so he can be the hero by putting them out.

Brendan Rodgers doesn't want Celtic to be successful.

He wants/needs "Brendan Rodgers' Celtic" to be successful.

Hopefully he's done enough fire starting and is now in fire fighting mode.
