The SFA are going to have to explain this item, and if they should hold back on barring him, since they declared him fit to be on the TRFC, as per the article unless someone takes the hit for lying, they are going to have confess to the gullibles of 1872 that what they have been investing in is not their club and chairman Mr King, but another potential clusterfuck that could go tits up any time.

The new financial fair play rules by uefa class the holding company and the football club as the same entity ,so maybe the sfa will bring that rule out to cover there arses , Man city and psg got round these rules the same way

UEFA, I am a awre of, already admitted in res 12 they Rangers of old never were seperate entities, the only reason they never investigated was because they did not find it worthwile investigating a liquidated club, therefore they handed res 12 the evidence of the club and comany jooined at the hip and that the new club did not have three years European experience and had never been in Europe.
