In the 2nd half we should have been going longer to Idah and had Kyogo and Maeda playing closer to him. Idah had a good game, when the ball came up to him he held it up or got them turned but we just didn't do it often enough. Too much fanning about at the back, Scales and Taylor particularly guilty of turning inside and making square passes rather than get it up behind their defence. We had the pace to get in behind them but rarely utilised it.

We played for 75 mins far to deep, down to ten men we should have moved further forward.... Invited the problem on to us and failed to press their defence... Rodgers should have changed the shape immediately to a 432 but he waited till half time. The gap between the mids and Cb's was shocking for most of it....

Remember when he goes to monitor he is also listening to more than one opinion in his ear. Thats why they usually agree, so there is no assistance ref for us it is 3 or 4 opinions been debated. Robertsons job is made easy for him as he will claim never saw nothing until VAR showed me my error.

Maybe the club should demand to hear what Beaton was saying to Robertson to get him to change his mind and send Yang off and give Hearts a penalty. In the interest of transparency and fairness of course.
