The Green Brigade very rarely make statements about Celtic managers, in fact I think it's the first time they've ever called on the board to make a change in management (although maybe they did it when Ronny was in charge)

I think that says a lot if one of the most vocal, biggest fan groups say change is needed to rescue the 10

I meant a fan group with their own page who have their own leader, the Green Brigade all voted as to whether they wanted Lenny to go or not & the majority said yes, they then voted as to whether they should display a banner & statement & again the majority decided it was the right thing to do.

And again, The GB are entitled to air their concerns, but they're not the last word when it comes to Celtic.

Everyone is looking for a scapegoat and Lenny may well be that sacrifice, but then you have to consider what happens next?

It's just not that feckin simple..........the problems run deeper than just one man.

So here's the dichotomy:

The GB are accusing a small cabal of running the club into the ground, yet they are a group led by individuals who, like the board, have their own agenda.

I like parts of their manifesto, but I'll bet you any money you like that a good percentage of them could'nae find Palestine on a map. A lot of these lads are a reflection of the fans they claim to loathe - those who support the board like sheep. They're following their leader(s) without question or pause in exactly the same way they accuse the non GB fans of pandering to the whims of the board.

Good luck to them in their charitable endeavours, but they want a seat at that table too.

Lenny gets the shit and often deservedly so, but there are other liabilities getting a free ride here. From day one of his temporary gig, Lenny was told who he was working with. If we're going to crucify him, then at least give him the chance to build the cross on which he gets hung.
