Very soft penalty Tony. Both players grappling before ball is crossed in. Causes Dundee player to lose his balance and fall backwards. He did have morelos top so it looked worse as he fell down. But he only fell due to both players pulling at each other. Any other team and anywhere else on the park then it's a foul the other way. Shocking decision.
