Said a while back, Walsh is the 2.0 version of Beaton and Co. He has displayed more than obvious bias many times already, its scary to think that these guys have ambitions to be top referees in the football world but lose any chance they have of the CL, Euros or Worlds just because they canny suppress the need to assist their favourite team, who would sacrifice their reputation and career like that? Mental.
I'm not sure if it's sevco who employed Walsh to train their youth players at a school or if he just happens to be the P.E teacher there that helps coach them. He may be a raging Catholic celtic fan or a uber proddy sevco supporter...either way he shouldn't be near the match. He's compromised regardless.
The problem is deeper than what team the refs support. The fact of the matter is they know what job they have to do if they want to climb the ladder. That's where the corruption comes into play. Look at collum. He is fucking useless but at the hun v hibs game he applied the rules. The next week he found himself reffing a lower league game. The LRA bosses will say it was to take him out the firing line....for what!!! Applying the rules. The chances are he won't have been paid
the same fee reffing cove rangers. Its not the first time a ref has lost Premier league matches for upsetting the scum either!! Am I right in saying collum is our ref tonight?
"Go on Wullie. Prove you're not a tarrier and we will let you back into the big league". Is that the message he's recieved?
Refs who support the scum shouldn't be involved in our matches or theirs. But that's not the problem. The problem is they have a job to do and should they fail then they will be "Willie collumed" and demoted down the leagues. Simple as that.
When sands dragged down a county player did the ref fail to send him off because he's a hun or because he didn't want demoted. Will it be the same issues in Walshs head at the weekend?

Spot on…
FYI
Celtic Diary Wednesday August 31: How Can A Club Stand Such Times Again ?
Well, ignoring the name of the referee in order to fully assess his performance on match day didn’t last long. Nick Walsh has been handed the whistle for Saturday’s Glasgow derby…etims.net
Spot on looking to set Hooper upEven back then, typical Scottish media. Ref cheats us and gets caught and the hacks are trying to get a "Hooper thinks refs are against Celtic Boo hoo hoo" story instead of actually doing their jobs and digging into the reason why the refs lie and cheat.
Aye, in the tunnel most likelyHe will be itching to send off one of ours early on, don't give him the chance.
Not only was it only a booking for Goldhun, but he elbowed Jota in the face beforehand with no punishment. Walsh ignored a stonewall penalty when Kunt took the foot from Abada to stop a shot at goal. And Lundstram was allowed clug his way through the match and somehow avoid a booking.Nick Walsh's decision not to send off the hun (sorry cant remember who it was) HAS to be THE most extraordinary decision of the day. Maeda was clearly away and had left the whole therangers for dead. He was hacked down from behind and it should have been a sending off offence.
It doesnt matter if its in the first minute or the last. His job is to apply the rules, from start to finish.
Cunt of the lowest order.
A fucking joke, and he booked GG for complaining. a total wanker. Not only was it only a booking for Goldhun, but he elbowed Jota in the face beforehand with no punishment. Only 1 minute 55 seconds injury time this week despite there being nine 2nd half substitutions. Only 1 minute last week despite there being 8 subs and 5 goal celebrations! The refs are simply not applying the laws of the game out of misplaced sympathy, but it is possibly affecting our goal difference. They are there to do a job, not to feel sorry for terrible footballing sides.Hmmm! i wonder if his decisions will be all over 'referee' watch the morra?
Whether we were 4 ahead or not, that last decision not to send off a clear goal scoring opportunity needs looked at.
Its not his job to decide, 'aw they've suffered enough', rules are there from start to finish.
