there is a lot of work at present by clubs in europe and elsewhere with stadium improvement. between methods such as funds supplied by investors, and multiple other sources . it would appear the our club is either unable, or uninterested in these revenue streams, which could account for the fact that it looks incomplete, with the south stand in desperate need of renovation to compliment the other three stands

I've never felt so bad about the people that control our club since PL ' the showereator' pissed on our history. Burke and Hare would pass by PL. DD loves him, Desperate Dan stuff. Our club is so far ahead that the B W ankers feed of us all. Theses people car only about money. No one ever will build a statue to DD or PL. The failures of Celtic, Irish and basic ideals of life

Celtic Park minus the Main Stand still has a higher capacity than Hampden, I'm not sure we'd need to relocate for a season

Aye, major problem with Celtic redeveloping main stand is the old main stands brickwork is by Archibald Leitch & is a listed building,so it has to be preserved. Which adds millions of £s to any future development

The facade of the main stand has to stay as it is protected. That's a huge and expensive problem with renovation but is still possible to do. Hampden may have fewer seats. So what? it's the only vacant stadium available. No one claims it is ideal. You cannot renovate a listed building and still have it function. Reception, trophy room, dressing rooms and entertainment areas and so much else. The stand is so much more than just elevated seats. Renovation is a process that would take an entire season. If it is affordable it is better done soon. Plans need to be drawn up this year. Planning comes before action.
