Sad news indeed. Rest in peace Wim. Your place both in our history and our hearts is secured. You stopped the ten and brought us the king of kings.
I'm also positive your place in the history of Feyenoord Football Club is equally cemented for all time. You were part of that great team which stopped us winning the European Cup for a second time in 1970. The first Dutch team to do so, and the beginning of a wonderful era for Durch football. A truly wonderful legacy .
