OK so lets go back to the original premise.
You seem to be focused on everything else.
Do you think Eddy looks like he has any aggression or determination?
Do you think that Ntcham looks like he is extending himself in any way?
Despite ripping his shirt open to show the heart of a lion... do you think Julien is the boss defender he would like to be? except on social media. So,...
We have a team of core players who do not fight for the shirt nor do they look like they want to yet they seem to be at the core of the team.

I think a core that's been over-played and we're over-reliant on, its come to roost.
Poor form by new signings, injuries, COVID and some baffling decisions.
Oh and that lot starting on fire.
We played 3-5-2 so well last season, brought in players to improve the team in that formation. Griffiths and Eddie fucked the forward line for one reason or another, we tried miserably at that formation and were rank, completely changed formation mid-season really in light of that game .
Now this formation is giving same results, it ain't working either because formations only work when you play well.
With nearly everyone nearing fitness should we go back to 3-5-2 formation with Eddie & Griffiths up front

The point is Stevie, we don't have a clue what goes on at our CLub, how they think, how they operate as they don't communicate with us, we're contemptible until the green pound stops going through the till, it'll always be the same.

I think this Neil Lennon was grateful for the job

Stevie it seems as though Lenny suggests what positions need strengthened. Hammond looks at who might be available and a preferences list is produced. Then they try to land each player on the list. Varying success then we end up with 4th choice. Just kidding.
