Celtic v Kilmarnock, Saturday 7th October, 3pm at Celtic Park

Better than Starfelt!! Shame he's from Ireland and not some exotic European country in the east....then their would be no doubts about him. His Jersey to lose.
I'm not sure I'd go that far just yet, better than Starfelt. He didn't get to play his true CB position much but him and CCV were awesome in the goals against department, were there any domestically or in the title against them last season?
If Scales and CCV could replicate that then that would be an achievement and s half but Scales is the only one capable of playing 90 minutes through fitness or suspension right now so early days.
Does look calmer on the ball more assured.

Wasn't a pen BB I'd be raging if that was given against us

It would 100% have been given against us. I'm not annoyed that it wasn't given BTW. I'm just saying, as hatate got into the box, the defender, accidentally, kicked the bottom of his foot. Hatate went down easy. VAR could have given it. If it was against a hun, or at the other end of the pitch, it would have been given...and the reason for it would have been there was slight contact.

Right....sun's still shining. Still quite warm outside...I'm away to my local for a pint. Nice wee pub by the river....How's the weather up there??
23 degrees here, but not rubbing it in, back to the rain on Monday, it's a long weekend, Thanksgiving Day on Monday, but mind you, every day is a weekend for me ;-) and yes, I am rubbing it in ;) YNWA

Starfelts true position, for Celtic, was left CB. Scales carries the ball better than Starfelt. In the Left hand CB position, he is better than Starfelt. Everytime Carl tried to carry the ball from defence....it was heart stopping!! Scales does it better.

Definately, but we don't need their help, we will do it all above board

A 2nd Indian summer ( an Indian summer isn't cultural appropriation moderators) its a saying in Scottish and English culture when we get a late warm and hot spell , don't bar me please I like Indians and they like me , mostly
Eh, nobody's getting barred mate...even Huns get to spout their pish on here, and are suitably dismantled by the membership, the 'square go king' for one...but as we won today, I don't expect that nipple end to show up HH

Best performance of the season so far, should have been a lot more than 3-1. Hatate back playing again the main difference, rightly given MOTM. Scales also very good, won just about everything in the air, and that's all they did, launch long punts up our left in the hope of exploiting Taylor's lack of inches. Scales covered that side superbly. CCV back also a huge boost. Palma the best of the forward players.
Their goal should have been disallowed but VAR obviously selective in what he looked at. Taylor manhandled on the edge of their box, the player who fouls him plays the ball forward and from there they score with the goalscorer in acres of space where Taylor should have been.
VAR got (non) penalty decision correct, didn't think it was a penalty at the time.
Tynecastle next followed by Easter Road (with Atletico in between), side starting to hit a bit of form for a tough run of fixtures between the two upcoming international breaks

And we very nearly loaned him back to the Sheep near the end of the Transfer window, only an injury or two for our Cb's prevented it...

Getting better by the game... And he's a leftie, still though I've a feeling when CCV and Nawrocki are match fit he might just push Taylor down the pecking order at left back...
That's what we're all forgetting, 50.......the ladeen's a full-back by nature
