I’ve got it. Morgan looking good. Griff sharp, Luca passing utterly shit so far. Started well but fading. Just a training game but these fringe players are hoping to break into team. So far none have helped their claim. Can’t argue with not get a game when you are given a chance to impress and you look like a fringe player.

This is a good test so far and a very good warm up.... Griff looks sharp and Morgan started really well.
Obvious week links for us is our full back positions but this is where Rennes look strong.
Would really like a clean sheet and no injuries everything else is a bonus.
Corners are still absolute garbage.

These games are The chance for young players to show the manager they deserve a run in the team. No one apart from Morgan looked anywhere near the first team out of the young players. Hopefully those coming on second half give Lenny something to think about. The first group haven’t.

These games are important if you aren’t a first team pick. An opportunity missed for them all. A bright start then faded a bit. Hopefully bettet in the second half as a spectacle.

Julien not looking too clever a couple of times. Nearly caused a goal there. Needs to get up to speed soon. They are running the show. It’s not even our second team but shows we need another three or four players at least. Midfield is non existent too often.

Griff getting nothing to work with. Poor so far.

Our academy players putting themselves in the Dundee shop window. If anybody thinks they will become first team players they are deluding themselves.

The only thing that Lenny will have been given to think about, is by fuck we need about five players in addition to the two RB’s.

Disappointing lack of real class in our young players. Continuing the trend over the last 30 years with only half a dozen in all that time produced.

Henderson and Johnston the only two with any hope of being able to move up.
