I think that was the excuse... that Beaton had mentioned them and said he didn't think they were worthy of bookings. If he didn't think those were bookings, he is not worthy of his FIFA listing. If he didn't see them, he probably put them in his report anyway to make sure Morelos didn't get suspended again.
