Survived simply by his name up in Scotland
No other manager would have got away with what he did calling out referee's but it worked for him.
No other Rangers manager would have survived as long as he did with that record
For everyone slagging Lennon off he won more trophy's while Gerrard was at them than Gerrard did.

Not a great manager and will be found out at Vila
