Statement from the SPFL Chairman

Most of us have seen the film Spartacus,my favourite part was when the rebels matched up the two senators to fight to the death only for Spartacus to jump into the arena to stop them and ask the question..

Why is the 3rd one in blue ink as all are copies and blue would not come out in a copy without a clear background also, it would not darken the background without the signature been darkened r, the third one is most certainly to be a fake and/or most likely was never sent and hastily made up when the issue arose re the failed to arrive email and attachment. If it was sent then a copy will be on
a server.

From CQN...This is on the money methinks.....This Hun acolyte Gardiner from ICT is at it šŸ‘

My guess is the ICT CEO Gardiner was negotiating with Partick and Dundee for a ā€˜noā€™ vote and back channelling to the huns. They thought they had it signed sealed and delivered but for whatever reason, Dundee have pulled the rug from under them at the last minute. Gardiner has ran to the BBC with the ā€˜evidenceā€™ which proves precisely nothing. He was clearly trying to get ahead of the story, which surely will do him no favours with other clubs. Ayr United have already dismissed some of his claims and Ross County have backed the SPFL board.

Who knows what happens next. Tomorrow the SPFL or Dundee will have to clarify the situation. The longer this rambles on the more damaging it is for Doncaster and the SPFL. They need to get Dundee on board and get the resolution passed ASAP.

This is what the huns knew and sought to destroy as once the vote was in it would be set in stone. They were informed that the resoloution they submitted would be seen as not legal and basically pish, they were offered help to re-write it but refusedm, after that then it went to the mess we are staring at now, the huns needed it scuppered and needed to cause mayhem, so the clock on Dundee is still ticking the media are pushing for a new resoloution, to be included and rules to be changed, the SPFL have got in stone the legal documents and companies act on their side.

296Procedure for signifying agreement to written resolution

(1)A member signifies his agreement to a proposed written resolution when the company receives from him (or from someone acting on his behalf) an authenticated documentā€”

(a)identifying the resolution to which it relates, and

(b)indicating his agreement to the resolution.

(2)The document must be sent to the company in hard copy form or in electronic form.

(3)A memberā€™s agreement to a written resolution, once signified, may not be revoked.

(4)A written resolution is passed when the required majority of eligible members have signified their agreement to it.

The Email from Dundee if they did sent it is the clincher, They sent it or did not and the pressure is now on them if they never sent then they now have the decision of their choice, they have 28 days, The rest is smoke and mirrors and the Dundee form may be fake. SPFL and insiders.

Things are hotting up...

The @spfl hits back. Chairman Murdoch MacLennan has written to all 42 clubs about what he calls ā€œsignificant misinformation in the mediaā€ and says , re @RangersFC allegations , ā€œI am entirely satisfied the SPFL and its executives and legal advisors have acted wholly properlyā€

I think if the 3 clubs in the whatsapp group claimed to have shown their voting form to each other then if Dundee fucked up on the submittance or did not submitt, ICT Gardiner has a photo of it and low and behold it apperas online in the hands of Sevco, and the squirrel is the whistleblower.

So if Dundee also contacted by email to the SPFL to state do not consider our vote cast, would indicate they know the proper chanell to get an email through so were is the email with the attachment vote
