They're still credited with 34 Scottish cups to our 40.
League cups 27 to our 20
Totaling out to them credited with 116 domestic trophies
Versus our
112 domestic trophies

Counting only domestic trophies its 4 the difference, soon to become 3 with this seasons SPL title all but in the bag , we could pull that back to 1 should we win another treble this year.

Either way there's no stopping us from catching them , not with ange at the helm.

Whether it's this season or next or the one after we are going to overtake them and that's going to be sweet.
Then the excuses will flow as to how they were relegated etc etc

This is something I very much look forward to, would love Ange to be the man who does this , though Ange has bigger plans for us than that itll still be so sweet

Been generous considering titles won during the EBT years and the found guilty finding which should have seen titles forfieted or asterixed.

As we get near to overtaking the combined totals of both of their entities then expect the clamour from them to try to count league titles won during Word War 2 to be counted for Newco. I remember not long ago that Beale was saying that his team must step up blah blah its unthinkable for Celtic to win the treble this season, that was just after we beat killie at Hampden and they were still to play next night.

They won't say it openly just yet but they're beginning to feel our presence weighing heavily upon their " most successful club in the world" claim, they conveniently forget about Linfield who broke that fake record and still have the claim all over the web.

Almost went to the wall again in their efforts to stop the 10, spending money they didn't have, fleecing the supporters rotten and despite all that money spent on guff it was ourselves that stopped the 10 far more than anything that they did.

They're now facing a similar situation where its a matter of when, not if, we catch them and pass them bye.

The hordes will see us go within 2 league titles of oldcos titles plus 1, and that will see them getting jittery demanding investment in the team, money they don't have , as witnessed by the recent window signings both of which were undisclosed fees amounting to probably around £1.5 million for both players combined.

Meanwhile we are adding quality to our squad should the summer window bring yet more interest in our players, the likes of Daizen , Oriley for instance we have covered that possibility off with the recent signings we've brought in and should any of those guys go it won't be for the amount we recieved for JJ and GG, much higher id suspect and that will be reinvested in the team again as they lose their players who've been running down their contracts and they will get nothing for them, best they can hope for is for the wantaways to resign and that looks unlikely.

Should we win another treble this season, and that's a strong possibility albeit very difficult to achieve a treble at any time we'd be 1 trophy in it and we also have the champions league automatic group stage money to come in further strengthening our hand.

Aye its squeaky bum time for them , no doubt about it and those squeaks will get louder and louder.

I don't think this will be something that Ange is focused on as he looks to make us a competive force in Europe once more.

Get the feeling that this is going to all unravel as the pressure mounts with each trophy we collect.
