I once got hit on by Eddie Izzard in the WH Smiths shop in Queen Street station. This actually happened.

Another time I sat next to Ving Rhames at a NFL game in London. Nice guy. He left at halftime as his Raiders where getting tanked.

Once tried to chat up Shareen Nanjiani on a train to Edinburgh. At one point she looked like she was going to pull the emergency cord.

These are not very good claims to fame.

There was a dive bar in Coatbridge in the 80s 90s called the Galleria. If you ever left your pint on a table...someone usually nicked it!
