A transfer, clickbait, football news of any kind & in general just whats on your mind thread

All premier league clubs MUST play on grass.
Or the new hybrid surfaces.
Those arec 95% grass I think?

Clubs like livingston and Hamilton should they be in the top flight and don't have anything better than an indoor astroturf surface from the 90s will have to ground share , which shouldnt be a problem since theres plenty grass surfaces in and around the central belt.
Is this something that is happening or is this what you would like to see and it should be posted in the rule changes thread? I haven't heard anything about grass pitches becoming compulsory for the top tier sides.

Can’t find this anywhere, was it just announced today Winter ?

The SFA meeting with clubs to discuss the Cinch and Sky Soorts agreements has been cancelled it appears that Sevco want an apology from the SFA because they had a agreement with another source Hamilton Buses and did not wish to change to Cinch they also want the SFA TO PAY THIER LEGAL BILLS and there is more in that than they are saying. years ago before they died the Rangers club held sway with quite a few clubs in the league wether this was through the Lodge or promises or even bulling don’t know but those days are gone even when they tried to walk back into the league they got no support thier power gone think this is another tactic to show thier contempt for the SFA and other Clubs or they just want someone to pay thier Bills

No matter how many times you look at Kent’s penalty it’s still the same he dived if you get a chance to watch it look at His right leg he is diving even before it makes contact.? The ref for once was right he dived and why did he change his mind again the disgrace of Scottish Football or should I say sevco football

His mind was changed for him, gave the correct decision firstly and booked him for diving.
VAR in his ear having none of it.

Anybody seen this about Ramon Vega trying to become FIFA president?

Would rather see him than Infantino, who lives in Qatar (also Swiss )
Vega lives in London, probably rules him out for starters.

Loved the big mhan in the Hoops and he loved playing for us.
We all know that he left for financial reasons , Celtic werent prepared to pay him what he wanted , l'd have to check exactly what he wanted but remember it was a contract that guaranteed him security as he was on loan, from a great spurs side.

Hes a player who spit the supporters somewhat.
" Dangerous in both halves" many times I've read fans say of him.
In the 6 month or so loan spell he was in the hoops I remember a player loving it at Celtic excelling in the MON treble winning side , he eventually signed for Gianlucca Vialli at Watford , then after 33 games and 3 goals later " cut a deal" to help the club avoid administration, leaving Celtic supporters to wonder ...what?

I remember at the time there was still talk of the infamous " biscuit tin mentality" and Celtic were playing hardball on his terms.
How much truth is in this, perhaps someone else remembers better and could add to this?

Ramon Vega for FIFA president ! HH

He still loves Celtic
Tried to influence ( or did) CCVs move to Celtic.

On another tangent , oh no it's cool its
" just what's on your mind " has been included in the thread title.
Good idea whoever put that in.

That team ower there! ( I'm in the right thread, but could be in both)

Queens Park!

Queens Park have been well and truly effed over by the SFA for hampden.
£5 million for Hampden?

That's daylight robbery, even if the stadium cost £50 million to build , or even more so.
Hampden, its known undercut the other stadium venues in Glasgow so concerts, gigs, events happen there instead of CP and some other den with 1 subway station.
Pretty sure the SFA will make more than £5 million per year with 4 semi finals, 2 Finals, Concerts, etc.

Can actually see Lesser Hampden nearly , I think constructed , doing the stands for a 1,774 seat stadium.

Only recently had I realised that Queens Park had given up Amatuer status in 2019.
In 2018, a deal was made for the SFA to purchase Hampden from Queen's Park upon the expiry of the lease in 2020 for a fee of £5 million, with the club intending to improve Lesser Hampden and play their matches there.

Queens only play in front of no more than 1,000 people.
The timing of this deal to release amatuer status with the SFA legally able to buy the stadium a year later , and Lesser Hampden still not fully completed yet.

I smell a rat coming from hampden way, the same rat stink that has anything to do with Scottish football and its governing bodies.
