Theres no reason why Ange cant deliver an immediate response if he lives up to his reputation and is able to get the best out of his very decent core of players . He actually did come off his Twitter account about 10 years ago when he was accused of messaging some underage girl(s) , I'd totally forgotten about that TET until it showed up underneath the current stories doing the rounds.

I agree there's very little in the exchange. She seems to be trying to get him to say something stupid and even came back after 2 days saying she's a bit thick and he needs to be more specific. She took the screenshots and then made them public, so she knew exactly what she was doing. No doubt she'll be selling her non story to the Sunday papers as we speak.
Griff was stupid for replying even with an emoji. But in my view nothing criminal took place.

If the Police are investigating then why is the media been allowed to influence proceedings surely the media should be told to stop reporting and giving opinions whilst an investigation ensues to ensure integrity and fairness. Seems to me Griffiths not the sharpest tool in the box.

Having read through all the posts on this matter, it seems to me that there is indeed an agenda that is very anti-celtic, the point that the huns are in a desperate state and need cash means that everyone of a Ibrokes persuasion is desperate to derail our rebuild, any method or means of ramping up the pressure on Celtic will be used. We've already seen the press attacking Dom's decision to hold a briefing for the online blogs/sites. And I think that they will continue to attack the team /club ar every opportunity. They know that if we take back the title then sevco and slippy will be goners. If griff has been in contact with an underage girl, then he's finished. Even if he's totally innocent I'm not sure he can go on. If it's proved that he's been set - up then the club should fight on his behalf whether against the press the police or even against any websites that published the accusations in the first place. This will be the first test for dom. And a dignified silence will not do. I know that our board doesn't like to rock the boat but this is a time to stand up and be counted. HH

I've yet to see anyone do the victim blaming as you call it CT.
When you state the incident as you do you make it sound totally repulsive, but is that the real truth?
In this techno world nowadays, you don't know who you are really in contact with, and with someone like griff who suffers with stupidity he can become a very easy target.
Weather we like it or not in this world teenage girls can also be a menic and very manipulative and devious, yet have an easy get out by playing the age card.
I believe this teenager has also posted pictures of herself in underwear and swim suits, hardly actions that should be applauding given the world we live in today, I know with being a parent I would be horrifyed if a teenager daughter of mine acted in such an unacceptable manner also.
Now before you get yourself on the high horse, I'm not defending griff in his actions whatsoever as he was morally totally wrong towards his partner, as many can call it a form of cheating upon her.
Until the full facts are revealed if ever they are, then griff at the moment is only guilty of an act of stupidity and if there is anything more sinister than he will rightly so pay a huge huge price.
I personally still believe that the club should get rid of him, as you can't trust griff off the pitch, so fail to see how you could trust him to do the required job on it any longer, to high risk now imo.
