Brendan supposedly wants a tall, physical overlapping left back. Luke Thomas, who made his breakthrough at Leicester under BR as a teenager, has had his loan to Sheff Utd cancelled and returned to Leicester. He is out of contract in the summer, 22 y.o., 6', England U21 (won the U21 Euros last summer), 70ish EPL appearances.
Putting 2 and 2 together and coming up with anything but 4 could he be the left back we are trying to sign. Or is it just Adam Montgomery coming back to replace Bernabei?

Adam played decent when he was called upon with Ange liked him then so can only hope he’s improved.
Hope he gets his chance in the upcoming games.

Interesting. If the lad has played that much EPL, could we afford him?
 
20 year ago we signed a player who by the time he came to Celtic had won countless trophies in brazil...played with atl Madrid...won a cup in England and won player of the year award and also won the world cup and we signed him as a back up 🤣....how things have changed
